Rifles not needed

Why would any sports-minded hunter need an assault rifle to hunt is beyond comprehension. If you need to a whole rapid-fire magazine to shoot down a deer, or a squirrel, for that matter, you do not belong in the woods. Sportsmen use bolt-action rifles.

Let’s stop kidding ourselves about the “need” to have an assault rifle. Such weapons belong in a battlefield, and only on the hands of law-enforcement officers to battle other high-power weapons. Let’s not forget the FBI agents mowed down in Miami some years ago as an example.
