Wrong recipe
Re the Dec. 30 Tropical Life story 2 traditions meld in a complex lamb tagine: I don’t think I’ve ever read an article about a recipe for lamb stew that began with the sentence “Bombs explode, tearing things apart.”
Is this the suggested method for cutting the lamb into cubes? Or did the writer think this was appropriate because it was a Middle Eastern dish? I guess some writers just can’t resist flexing those ol’ creative-writing muscles, no matter the subject.
