Wealth no excuse
Ethan Couch and his mother were apprehended in Mexico. They should both be locked up now for the longest sentence possible under his prior juvenile sentence and she should be charged for hindering justice under Texas law.
His “affluenza” defense was a travesty. This should teach people a lesson about what not to do. Do the crime, do the time — money should not buy your way out.
