Rubio stalled in 1959

Here we are in the 21st century and making progress as President Obama begins normalizing relations with Cuba. Meanwhile, Florida Sen. Marco Rubio is in stalemate mode and can’t get his wheels moving forward. How in the world does he expect to run for president in 2016, when he can’t his gearshift past 1959?
