Spot-on cartoon
The Dec. 17 political cartoon was priceless. It illustrated Jeb Bush’s admonition to Donald Trump that he’s not going to be able to insult his way into the presidency by demonstrating that the responses of most of the Republican candidates to every question unfailingly bash either President Obama or Hillary Clinton.
Anyone who has watched the Republican debates should have noticed this tendency to insult both of these Democrats with half-truths, complete falsehoods, and innuendos. I have heard precious little of what these candidates would propose; the bashing is the only prominent feature of the responses. Listen carefully to the responses in the next Republican debate and you will see that this political cartoon is spot-on.
