Interest rates climb

It has come to my attention today that the Fed has increased the interest rates by a quarter of a point, causing fear and anxiety in our citizens.

Excuse me for saying so but, give me a break.

The first home I purchased was with a loan for 12.5 percent and I was darn happy to get it. And, I paid it, and I didn't default.

Sure, it took two jobs, but that's what we did. And so, I have a message for all of those fearful folks: Please get back to work, America.

Stop the anguish and moaning. Stand up straight and do what you have to do. A 4.25 percent loan is doable. You'll make it.
