Re Dec. 16 article Festival of blue lights: Cops ticket dozens in South Beach Hanukkah parade: Will Miami Beach Mayor Philip Levine enforce the “laws to protect the safety of our entire community” the next time there is a Critical Mass biking disruption?
Several months ago, my guests were unable to leave for an hour and a half as a trail of bikes disregarded a traffic light continuously. Two police officers were observing the procession, and when I walked over to ask why they allow this, they said they were following instructions.
