The historic change in Cuba-U.S. relations, aimed at lifting an embargo that has not worked, gives Rubio a platform to pander to his political base in South Florida and become the darling of the hard right.
While none of his family ever had to flee from Castro before entering the United States, he nevertheless has you believe he is one of the exiles. What a phony!
