Leonard Pitts Jr., as usual, wrote a brilliant column comparing the brouhaha about Starbucks’ red holiday cups’ lack of Christmas authenticity to the present debate over fear of incoming Syrian and Muslim refugees (This week, we celebrate America’s first refugee crisis, Nov. 25).
Pitts’ clear thinking points out that some conservative Americans have their priorities mixed up.
