Playing games?

It boggles my mind as to why those fighting ISIS are playing games.

The fact that France and the United States were able to so quickly locate and destroy the jihadi camp in Raqqa, Syria would indicate that the existence of that camp was well known in advance of the attack on Paris.

Why was it not destroyed as soon as it was known?

Are we playing at being at war while ISIS ravages the world? Do we only act when a Western country is directly attacked?

How many more must die before we find our moral ground?
