Keep lanes open

What’s the deal with the all-too-frequent closures of the I-95 express lanes? As a daily commuter on the express bus, I see these lanes closed during peak commuter hours for no apparent reason — no traffic accident, no sign crew working. I can only imagine the loss of toll revenue when this occurs.

Let’s also not forget the loss of those two lanes and the resulting huge traffic jam. Keep the I-95 express lanes open!
