There needs to be a review board to keep the charm and uniqueness of the Grove from being totally decimated.
It is shameful to see cookie cutter townhouses being built in Center Grove and now in West Grove. The McMansions being built in North and South Grove are making our neighborhoods look more like Gables by the Sea and Cocoplum.
Another cause of the demise of the Grove are all the chain stores that are being established in the village.
A neighborhood is no longer desirable for residents and visitors, if it looks like everywhere else.
