All orders nullified?

So if the Supreme Court should find Presindent Obama’s executive order on immigration unconstitutional, does that invalidate the immigration executive orders of Clinton (2), Bush, Sr. (3), Reagan (2), Carter (2), Ford (1) and Kennedy (1), thus making over 3,600,000 immigrants from Haiti, Salvador, China, Nicaragua, Vietnam and Cuba illegal?
