Rubio’s new plan?
One has to admit that Sen. Marco Rubio is a master and skillful explainer-in-chief of the obvious.
One does not need to travel to Colombia on a mission to come up with his four points on improving or strengthening the U.S.-Colombia partnership.
Those points are already either being implemented by the current administration or in the planning. Furthermore, all policies mentioned as his could be in any of the major newspapers or Google.
