MDX causing havoc

Since when can a quasi-appointed body cause so much havoc with every citizen of Miami-Dade who drives a vehicle?

This group of individuals answers to no one. I’m convinced they believe every road in South Florida should be a toll road. When is the group of lemmings who live here going to revolt and question how this came about? MDX should be elected not appointed by the county commission which has its own agenda.

I am sure the people in power couldn’t care less.
