Lower gas prices hurt
I think it is regrettable that the price of gas is falling below $3 (How low will gas prices go?, Nov. 15). The lower price will be a disincentive to conserve and likely to cause people to return to their old ways.
Will we go back to taking unnecessary trips, avoiding car-pooling, buying gas guzzlers and reducing the need for seeking alternative energy sources?
