Poor infrastructure

The infrastructure in our country affects every single individual. The quality of highway infrastructure has a direct impact on a country’s economic performance.

In the United States, the importance of transportation facilities to the nation’s economic strength and efficiency is generally accepted.

But our infrastructure is in the worst condition ever.

If we asked every American, except politicians, if they would rather pay extra gas taxes or suffer floods, accidents or damage to their vehicles, we would get a resounding. I would rather pay the additional taxes. .

Yet during Republican and Democratic debates, there wasn’t one question about how the candidates plan to fund the infrastructure.

Hopefully, in future debates, the moderators will stick to some serious subjects that affect every citizen.
