Blame in Ferguson
As a former judge and trial attorney, I predict that the Ferguson grand jury investigating the circumstances of the shooting of Michael Brown will find the officer is blameless in the death.
They will find that Brown reached into the police vehicle after being stopped and attempted to seize the officer’s service weapon.
His death was predictable and merited. The unfortunate part is that professional rabble-rousers and race baiters will provoke new riots there.
