Recent PLAY 4 numbers were 783-5.

The next day’s PLAY 4 numbers were 783-4. Coincidence?

I don’t think they remove all the balls after each drawing. They remove one ball and replace it.

This happened 12 times during April 2014. And it’s happens every single month since.
