Re the Oct. 7 article Vote forces MIA to curb outside baggage wrappers: The company that has the contract to wrap baggage at Miami International Airport wants to prevent baggage that has been wrapped by outside vendors from entering the airport. It’s worried about sub-par wrapping?
What about the other things that that travelers carry into the airport like clothing, magazines and chewing gum? Are we one day going to have to buy all of those items from airport vendors, too?
No one should be excluded from having their baggage wrapped just because they planned ahead and sought out a better price.
