Economic tsunami
The clarion call had been sounded for years but, unfortunately, has fallen upon deaf ears.
Intentionally refusing to address and implement the impending economic tsunami headed in our direction will only exacerbate it.
We must take action now to ameliorate its effects when lenders tighten their loan practices and the adverse consequences it will have upon home values and related construction industries.
