Toll relief

Re the Sept. 17 story Drivers get break on unpaid tolls: I imagine that drivers who regularly pay their tolls weren’t exactly thrilled to see this.

I wouldn’t be surprised to find out that the scofflaws won’t have to rely on seeing the article to take advantage of the program. Will they get a special invitation to apply for “Operation Toll Relief?” I suspect these same irresponsible drivers are the ones who regularly damage those pesky poles that end up costing the rest of us a million dollars a year.
