Befuddled notice

Kudos to Miami-Dade County’s Planning Division for informing me via mail of the Ludlam Trail Corridor changes.

Unfortunately, it was incomprehensible as written.

I was relieved after confirming with friends that it was not my reading skills, as many well-educated friends expressed the same frustration.

Thanks for the heads-up, now please starting working on making such notices clear.
