Duck rescuers
The Oct. 30 article, Duck tale: Firefighters vacuum nine trapped ducklings to safety, was a real tearjerker.
It is unusual that men would stop what they are doing, and take the time and effort to rescue poor helpless animals. They should get a medal or some sort of recognition. In my estimation, they are heroes.
