Officer bully
Having just read the Oct. 30 article, Officer probed after traffic stop rant on video, and watching the video of Miami Beach Officer Kenneth MacLeod's encounter with a young guy over his license plate being obscured, it is pretty clear what happened.
The confusing part, however, is what relevance a shooting 20 years ago has to this present situation?
Is it to be inferred that this event caused the officer to become a foul-mouthed bully who threatens people?
