Ebola response

Where is the public health service in the Ebola crisis?

Why aren't there teams of health care professionals trained and equipped to descend on affected areas in the United States caring for these patients as it occurs in times of crisis under FEMA.

These specially trained and equipped teams should be ready to deploy within hours as needed to supplement existing staff and to teach required skills to treat patients and protect the local staff.

The federal government has failed in its role. It’s time to step up and organize an appropriate response.
