Juan Zapata stumbles
The Aug. 26 article Miami-Dade Commissioner Juan Zapata took $30K for Harvard degree, reported that Zapata sent an email to the budget office telling them it should be ashamed for leaking to the public the fact that he tried to stick taxpayers with the bill for his Harvard master’s degree.
He’s the one who should be ashamed for trying to pull this stunt in the first place. The taxpayers would have been better served had he taken a class that teaches the integrity required for those who hold public office.
