Dirty downtown Miami
Does Miami have a local government? I was shocked at the conditions downtown — the garbage and, worse, the condition of Bayfront Park.
I went there on a morning walk after wending my way over garbage like I have never seen before in any American city only to be totally scared by the huge number of smelly homeless people sleeping on the park bench. Are you really telling me that a rich city like Miami doesn’t have homeless shelters?
