Frank Gifford, a star

I watched Monday Night Football when I was growing up and Frank Gifford did a great job as a broadcaster for the show.

He had a great, flamboyant voice, especially when he did the game introductions at the start of each telecast.

I liked him as a color commentator with play-by-play announcer Al Michaels and his other commentator, Dan Dierdorf.

Gifford is not only one of the greatest NFL stars, but also one of the greatest MNF broadcasters of all time.
