Scott pays Sunshine fine
Re the Aug. 8 story, Scott agrees to pay $700,000: How about Gov. Rick Scott using some of his chump change to pay the legal settlement he created?
Why is he hoisting this debt on the EPA budget? It's like sticking his thumb in the public's eye twice, for his deliberate un-sunshine like shenanigans.
