No turn signals needed

I am certain that if every Miami-Dade driver that doesn’t use his turn signals to make others aware of his intention to change lanes or make a right or left turn were to drive in Texas, they’d be in jail now. Texas enforces these rules that are totally ignored in Miami-Dade.
