Cuban compensation

Cuban Minister of Foreign Affairs Bruno Rodriguez Parilla, said that the US needed to consider "compensation to our people for human and economic damages" in order to truly normalize relations between both countries.

When the Cuban government begins to compensate those families and businesses after confiscating their land and property, and killing or imprisoning their own citizens, and forcing countless others into exile while leaving loved ones behind, then we'll talk.
