Maduro’s dictatorship

I've read my friend Bill Luers' Other Views July 15 article, Will Maduro pull nation back from abyss? I entirely agree with his views on the Venezuelan situation and on Leopoldo López’s unjust and arbitrary imprisonment.

Responding to the two questions he poses in his article my replies are: No, Nicolás Maduro will not pull back my country front the abyss, and No, he is not listening and well never listen to the Venezuelan people. He is too stubborn, obtuse and blockheaded to be able to pull back. Additionally, he intends to boycott the coming parliamentarian election. On this he will not succeed because people are fed up with him and his dictatorship.

Adolfo R. Taylhardat, former Venezuelan ambassador to the U.N., Miami
