New music

Re the July 14 article, A different tune: Three South Florida radio stations will stop broadcasting classical music on Friday. Instead the stations will be airing Christian music.

I don’t object to Christian music or various other music, but I certainly will miss hearing Symphony Cast, The Metropolitan Opera and Pipedreams. How sad for us long-time listeners to have this marvelous music taken away. If we can give sports stars tens of millions of dollars to perform, how come we can’t support other enjoyable forms of entertainment as well?
