Ambiguous Amendment 2

I got my absentee ballot and after reading the wording for Amendment 2, “use of marijuana for certain medical conditions,” I note there are two ballot paragraphs, each a neatly scripted 75 words. The word “medical” is stated just six times. It says “increased costs from the amendment to local government cannot be determined.” In addition to not knowing the obvious dangers that will be associated with easily obtained pot, now even the added costs are an uncertainty. I am ready to vote No.
