Heat nation’s pleasure

I disagree with Linda Robertson’s June 18 column, Given a tall order, LeBron falls short — and Heat fans pile on.

When LeBron James choose to go home, no jerseys were torched, no LeBron effigies were burned, no one rioted. When the Cavs came to Miami this season, Heat fans behaved remarkably well. No missiles were thrown onto the court. Apart from a few boos, LeBron was treated with respect. So, forgive Heat Nation for the schadenfreude. It would have been too much to take if he won a championship after only one year back in Cleveland.
