Punish traitors

Re the June 10 article South Florida brothers sentenced to long prison terms for terrorist plot in New York:

What’s wrong with the justice system in this country? When men have plotted against this country in the past, we called them traitors and then hanged or shot them.

Today, we forgive plots of mass destruction and attempts on the life of federal employees. It’s time to get a backbone, America.

Raees Alam Qazi and Sheheryar Alam Qazi have received the perks of living in this country and they should be punished to the max for abusing it. What do you think they will do once they are pardoned in a few years?
