Europe’s ISIS inaction

I am, as I imagine are many other Americans, afraid of sending troops to Iraq.

With one American casualty we will be back in that war, full force. Of course, something needs to be done to stop ISIS. Is the rest of the world on board?

I don’t understand Europe’s inaction when so many of its citizens have been murdered in their own countries.
