Why use state funds?
Why must the Legislature and Gov. Rick Scott use $400 million of Florida state revenue to shore up the Low Income Pool for the most expensive medical care — emergency-room care — yet deny Medicaid expansion? Floridians already pay federal taxes for it. This is just a big lie by Scott and Republican legislators.
