U.S. should incite revolt

What do Kim Jong Un, Abu Bakr Al Baghdadi and Fidel Castro have in common? They all crave unlimited power over their subjects. But what happened to Hosni Mubarak in Egypt is the only way to overthrow these tyrants. It takes a groundswell of discontent from the people whom these dictators rule. We should be dropping leaflets over the populaces, inciting them to revolt and arming willing soldiers within.
