Fine I-95 violators

Re the Sept. 14 article Drivers ignore ‘closed’ signs: There’s a simple and immediate solution to the problem of drivers ignoring the “closed” signs on the I-95 express lanes, which imperils the safety of stranded motorists and rescue vehicles: When the “closed” sign goes up, raise the usage fee to $100. I’ll bet there will be a lot fewer violators.
