Bush a new protected class?

Re the April 7 article, Jeb Bush: I’m not Hispanic, despite voter form: Let us not be too quick to criticize Florida’s former governor.

In a society in which nothing about our being seems fixed or logical, it isn’t out of the question that Jeb Bush is a transethnic (an Hispanic trapped in the body of a Caucasian). Where some see deceit, I see a new protected class.
