Partisanship hurts us
Conservatives will argue that, by his actions, President Obama has damaged the executive branch of government. Liberals will blame the Republicans.
It doesn’t matter. The presidency has been weakened, perhaps permanently, and that does not augur well for our influence on the world stage. We have all been hurt by the partisan wrangling.
