Support school choice
The Florida Legislature is considering proposals that would let children enroll in any school in the state that has available seats. As a parent, I think that HB 1145 not only empowers parents by letting them make the best possible choice for their children’s education, it also allows everyone to have a better quality of life while improving our community.
Though the amendment to the Florida Constitution that set limits on class size should be revisited, HB 1145 helps to ensure that no child is left behind.
