DACA students
I was a teacher in the Miami-Dade County School system for 32 years. I had the privilege of teaching Advanced Placement American History to undocumented DACA (DREAMers) students. They were highly intelligent, motivated and respectful of high school regulations. They were poised to go on to significant careers.
If we truly wish to make America great,” put the DACA students on a path to citizenship. Their contributions will be enormous.
