On July 25, two men on the home front became American heroes. One has been a hero before: John McCain.
But as he returned to Washington, the senator challenged all to do their jobs in an open way. What a speech!
The other hero of the day is Attorney General Jeff Sessions, who, in spite of slurs, is functioning in his position of carrying out the laws of our country.
As for the negative side of the day, there is a man who elevates himself to a rank below President Lincoln.
We Americans are disappointed by you, sir.
