Pardon me?

Six months into the Trump administration and what do we have? Trump wants immunity. Trump wants to be pardoned. For what? What has he and his family done that would prompt him to request such things?

As far as I know, he cannot pardon himself, nor can he give himself or his family blanket immunity. The fact that he’s even suggesting such things tells us everything we need to know.

The only good in this whole mess is that our system of checks and balances is getting an excellent pressure test. It is unfortunate we’ve reached this point, but it’s on our doorstep. We have no choice but to deal with it. Good luck to “we the people” and the republic.
