Trump violates oath
The Affordable Care Act is the law of the land until Congress repeals or replaces it.
When President Trump calls for it to “explode,” approves actions to weaken it financially, and sows insecurity in the marketplace that causes rates to increase and companies to pull out of the marketplace, he is violating his oath of office.
Is failure to faithfully execute laws a high crime or a misdemeanor?
