Prison cover-up?
When you have not only inmates but also guards and staff saying the conditions are subhuman in Lowell Correctional, there is definitely a problem.
Florida Department of Corrections is downplaying it so administrators can keep their jobs. Why hasn’t the health department stepped in to at least check it out? I smell a cover-up.
Stay on this story, Miami Herald. These people are human beings and deserve better.
