Smart rail plan
I applaud Douglas Hanks’ July 17 story, “Can Dade afford more rail? Or will it settle for buses?” I especially like the last paragraph quoting County Commissioner Xavier Suarez regarding the need to support the SMART rail plan. He says: “To me, it’s a no-brainer.”
A no-brainer indeed!
